"During this difficult period of social distancing and isolation to deal with Covid-19, I would like to offer FREE swing analysis. This is to provide golfers with feedback, drills and tips on how to improve their game whilst at home. Just my way of helping a little. Stay safe everyone." -Barry
How to film your swing to send through.
Please keep each file to no more than 30 seconds in length.
Film 2 swings. The first being "Down the Line" [using the hands at address as the line/centre point] and the second being "Face On" [again using the hands at address as the centre point]
Filming on a smartphone such as an iPhone or Samsung Galaxy is fine.
If possible, film in slow-motion - but it is OK if not.
If possible place your recording device on a fixed object so that it is kept still throughout the swing - use something such as a tripod or support it in/against something.
Film from 12 to 15 feet away [3.5 to 5 metres] - enough to capture the entire swing.
Ideally position the recording device around waist high as opposed to on the floor.
Use alignment sticks or other clubs on the ground to show your intended target.
